Press Release / Published: 25.10.2023 / By the City of Oslo:
– We look forward to making Oslo an even better city. For me, the number one job is to give the children and youth in Oslo the best possible start in life, and the opportunity to shape their own future. This requires a good school that recognises each individual student, and a safe environment for all children, says Eirik Lae Solberg, Governing Mayor.
– Oslo will become a noticeably greener city. We will take care of nature and create more parks and green areas. We will cut greenhouse gas emissions, and we will do it together with the citizens. After all, no one creates the world's best city alone, says Hallstein Bjercke, Vice Mayor of Finance.
The City Government governs by the political platform published the 24th of October.
